Not "Help Wanted" but "Jobs Wanted"? The Need is Urgent!

There is great disparity across the world when it comes to jobs.

The job situation in the United States is dire in that businesses desperately need workers. Yet many people seem unwilling to work. Small and medium-sized businesses are especially vulnerable, with owners, their families, and possibly a skeleton crew often forced to work extremely long hours to keep the business open. Sadly, many of these businesses are forced to close, causing hardships to the owners and others.

The bottom line: Lots of good jobs. People unwilling to work.

The job situation in East Africa is also dire yet in a very different way. Thousands upon thousands of people are desperately seeking jobs to help pull themselves – and their families – out of poverty. But frequently jobs are not available, leaving these people in terrible hardship and without Hope.

The bottom line: Not enough jobs. People who desperately need and want to work.

A rumor of 20 vacancies was met by 2,000 people seeking a job in Nairobi, Kenya.

Waiting in line for hours just to submit an application.

The need for jobs in East Africa is critical. Many people do not have enough money for decent housing, food, clothing/shoes, medical needs and to educate their children. They want to work, but are unable to find jobs. This is where Talanton … and you … can make a big and lifesaving difference.
